In recognition of World Mental Health Day, this ACTS of Connection session was designed to address eco-anxiety and promote mental wellbeing. As environmental concerns grow, many people experience anxiety about the future of our planet. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by eco-anxiety, this recording offers practical tools and grounding practices to help you find calm and resilience.

Led by Clinical Psychologist and Holistic Healer, Alisha Weston, who shares her expertise on the psychological and physical impacts of anxiety. Alisha discusses how anxiety can affect the body and mind, offering valuable insights into the emotional challenges of living in an environmentally uncertain world. You’ll participate in techniques such as deep breathing and mindfulness exercises, providing you with practical tools to manage anxiety and foster emotional resilience.

The #actsofconnection series includes live webinars, shared learning opportunities, competitions and networking events aimed at connecting a community of passionate individuals who want to learn more about sustainability.
