ACTS and QUT have partnered for this special ACTS of Connection event to hear from renowned Australian writer and comedian Craig Reucassel. Best known for his work with The Chaser and the impactful series The War on Waste, Craig brings his unique perspective and wit to the pressing issue of waste management and the circular economy.

Craig Reucassel has captivated audiences with his insightful documentaries on environmental and political issues. His series, The War on Waste, has sparked national conversations about our waste habits and the urgent need for sustainable practices. Craig is also known for his climate change documentaries, Fight for Planet A and Big Weather, and his thought-provoking film Big Deal, which examines the influence of money in Australian politics.

Following his presentation, Craig will be joined on a Q&A panel by Principal Research Fellow, Leonie Barner from QUT’s Centre for a Waste Free World.
